Prices are in Indian rupees, per named editor, and exclude 18% GST, which is added at checkout. Client viewers and reviewers are always free.

Questions

Do I need to install anything?

No. Stori3D runs in Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox on computers, tablets and phones. Projects save to the cloud and open on any device.

Do my clients need an account?

No, and they never pay. Only the people who create and edit are billed: view-only links, walkthrough tours and review links open for anyone with the link. On a review link, clients can comment with just their name.

Can I bring in models from other tools?

Yes: IFC, glTF, OBJ, FBX, STL and more import directly, and projects export to IFC, glTF, OBJ, STL, PLY and USDZ.

What happens to my projects if I stop paying?

You keep them. Your account moves to the Free plan: you can still open, view and export every project, and edit up to the Free plan's limits.

Which plan do I need?

Free is for learning Stori3D and small projects. Starter suits occasional professional work with clients. Pro is the full workflow for an architect who uses Stori3D every week, and Studio is Pro for a practice, with billing in one place.

How does Studio work?

Studio is billed once for the practice and includes three named editors. Invite people by email; they join with their own account and get the Studio features for the team's projects. Pricing for larger practices is still being decided.

Is there a free trial?

During early access every feature is free. When paid plans start, Pro comes with a 14-day trial of the full workflow, and you can pay monthly or save about a third by paying for the year.

Is GST included in the prices?

No. Prices exclude 18% GST, which is added at checkout, so ₹4,999 a month comes to ₹5,898.82.

Is the asset library free to use in client work?

Yes. The models, materials and skies come from Poly Haven and ambientCG and are CC0: free for any use, commercial included, without attribution.
